March and April Mike was doing his clinicals in St. Louis so we (Me, Jacoby, My Mom and Mother-in-law) all took a trip to visit him, and to go to St. Charles.
Trying Chocolate Ice Cream for the first time! Thanks Dad
Jacoby also got to eat a Pickle for the first time :) I think he liked the Pickle more, but he is just like his dad nothing beats chocolate ice cream and pickles
Grammy also taught Jacoby a new game, sit in the diaper box and pull yourself up.
He loved being in the Box
And of course over the last couple of months Jacoby has cut his two bottom teeth. These foam shapes are his favorite teething toy.
Just chillin' at home with Grammy and Grandma Sandy
April 7th we went to the Kansas City Temple Open House (Last Sunday May 6th it was dedicated and we were able to go to that as well. It is sure nice to have a temple SO close again.
Easter Sunday April 8th. Hunting for Easter Eggs!
Jacoby and Mom (all smiles now but the day after I went to the ER and had to have surgery to remove a kidney stone. Not so much fun, and part of the reason I didn't blog earlier.)
Jacoby and Dad (SO HANDSOME)
ah... I could just eat him up, he knows what the camera is!
Jacoby and one of his Easter Baskets
He also got a hooded towel for the Pool
The end of April Grammy came to visit and I was showing her my new hats, this one is for the pool
Just being ME, getting so big
Awesome find at the garage sales "like new" or so the tag said. I still talked them down a dollar on it! We love our garage sales and enjoy Grammy going with us!
Showing Grammy how I wave
Another Hat!
Giving Mom Kisses!!!!
Jacoby and Grammy
Mike and Jacoby enjoying our nice weather
Look what I can do, I stand up to EVERYTHING now, even if it falls over!
Another Garage Sale find and Jacoby LOVES swinging
And Last Night May 7th we went to the Royals vs Red Sox game. The Red Sox killed it getting 4 home runs YEA! It was an awesome game!
Jacoby was an angel the whole time and kept stealing everyone's attention away from the game so they would look at him (he played peek-a-boo with everyone and anyone that was willing.) He didn't cry at all and even took a nap during the game. We are paying the price a little today with crankiness but he was out until 11pm when his bedtime is normally 7:30 yikes!
Today just chillin' at home with Mom enjoying some fresh air
And whether you believe it or not Jacoby is now 9 Months old!
All is well here, just livin' life and loving having Mike home for the month of May!
